THE SECRET ISLAND: CARSER CITY

Right, on with the show. According to numerous net sources, my friend James and a kid called Matt, a secret island exists. Carser City is mentioned before in the game. Do you have a good memory? No? Then I'll refresh it. On the radio, it once says something like:

"In nearby Carser City, Police Cheif Gary Identico (not sure about the name...) was cleared of corruption charges on a technicality. Lets hope those missing witnesses turn up soon..."

Notice the Carser City bit. That is the secret island. You get to it by a tunnel in Portland island (bit vague there, sorry bout that.) and when you first get there you have to eliminate some angry geezer in a helicopter. Anyway, when that's out of the way you can have a good look round. You'll find the White House (?) and somewhere on the island is Bill Clinton with a hooker (nothing new there...). He'll give you a mission apparently.

HOW TO GET THERE: You have to complete the game. 100%. All hidden packages, all rampages, all missions done, all cars delivered to the garages.Hope you find the island!

I personally have started the game again so that I can get to the island, and I will bring you screenshots as soon as I can.
